My bff Norizan Zakaria invited hubby and me to her daughter's wedding in Kuala Terengganu Saturday 13th December. So we left home Friday 12th together with three of our children...Ayeshah, Khairul and Wahid.
Khairul drove us from home via Cheras highway...MRR2....Karak Highway and then we stopped for breakfast at Genting Sempah r n r. Cool breeze greeted us when we alighted from the SUV. Hubby said it was because we were near Genting highlands.
After breakfast we continued our journey to Kemaman bypassing Kuantan town. When we reached Geliga we looked for our favourite Ganu dish, SATA, at a stall along the village road just after Masjid Geliga. Too bad the stall opened at 3pm. So we searched for a Sata stall that opens. We found one but the Sata was not as good...too dry.
Then whilst hubby and sons had their solat jumaat at Masjid Geliga...we ladies waited for them at the Medan Selera Geliga.
We then had a scrumptious sea food lunch. So fresh and tasty...
Then at the small town of Chukai we had stuff crab meat at a restaurant there. It was also delicious. We only ate one crab each since we were already full after our lunch.
Chukai, Kemaman, Dungun...and our final destination Kuala Terengganu. Alhamdullillah we reached our hotel safely around 6.30pm.
