Rawa Bacang




1 whole ripe bacang or mango
1 large onion
1 red chilli
1 green chilli
1 coconut (to get 3 cups coconut milk)
salt to taste

Peel the ripe bacang or mango and then cut into strips.  Slice onion, red and green chillies finely. Place into a bowl.

Add in coconut milk.  Salt to taste.  Then squeeze everything in bowl using right hand to extract the bacang or mango juice.  Then stir using tablespoon.

Eat with rice.
