On the eve of Hari Raya Haji which was on Thursday 25 October, Sofiyah, Wahid and me 'balik kampong'. Wahid drove, since he had returned from his university for the long weekend. I had already cooked rendang ayam at home, so I brought back the ketupat to cook at Rumah Liza.
Since it was the first time that Kiki followed us to Rumah Liza, we had to bring along his poo box and his kitten food (Royal Canine). At first Kiki was okay during the journey to Rumah Liza, but then, after half an hour, he was restless and started to meow meow and climbed all over the back seat. The journey lasted an hour and twenty minutes, and by that time, my black robe was dotted with his white fur.....
Anyway, during the five days we were at Rumah Liza, Kiki truly enjoyed running and playing around the huge compound. But of course, we had to keep watch in case he ran out of the gate. Well, when he did went missing a few times, all we had to do was to shake his kitten food stored in the bottle, and he would come running......
