Fish Nuggets

500g fish fillet

Seasoning (A)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp beaten egg
1 tbsp cornflour

Seasoning (B)
75g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
100ml water

Cut fish fillet into thick slices and marinate with seasoning (A) for at least 20 - 25 minutes.

Combine ingredients (B) in a small bowl into a thick batter. Dip the seasoned fish slices into batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
